Guiding Yoga Octoba in the year of 2025 are 3 extraordinary women, each with a different yet rich taste and flair for yoga that they will bring to the mat.
Dr. Rebekah Jade | 29th September – 14th October
Holistic doctor and yoga instructor, Rebekah Jade is a sought out practitioner for her calm but strong styles of yoga. She teaches with a blend of modern science and ancient yogic wisdom. Rebekah is well known for restorative yoga, mindful movement, and trauma-informed yoga which helps guests safely and compassionately reconnect with
themselves. Her classes are great for anyone wanting to feel more rooted in their body, and wanting to engage in deeper self care.
Amy-jo Glover | 7th October – 21st October
Amy-jo Glover’s experience includes Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, and sound healing. She offers an engaging and intuitive experience on the mat. Her sessions often blend flowing sequences with long-held poses and sound therapy. Amy-jo's teaching is nurturing and empowering. She helps her guests find mobility, balance, and a profound calm within.
Briony Fisher | 15th October – 31st October
Briony’s new and spirited presence is a refreshing addition to Octoba Yoga. Her teaching is centered on the alignment-based Hatha and therapeutic yoga disciplines, with an emphasis on strength, flexibility, and resilience. She also integrates mindfulness meditation and principles of functional movement. Her classes are invited to be deeply holistic and accessible to all. Expect a perfect balance of effort and ease in her sessions.
